Delivery of furniture with most of our couriers is to the customers door step only. It is the customers responsibility to take the furniture inside their property.

Any issues or damage must be reported within 12 hours of receipt of the delivery with written and photographic evidence. We have to notify our suppliers within 24 hours of delivery of any problems.

If you decide you do not like an item of furniture, the return is at the cost of the customer. And our suppliers do charge a restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.
